GENERAL TOS

1. Anything commissioned from me is for personal use only. Credit me appropriately (westcoastwulf on most sites). You may not remove my watermark from any piece you commission from me. You may trace anything you’ve bought from me, given you credit me for the original piece. If you plan on using any of my art for commercial production, such as on merchandise, you must contact me.2. Prices are listed in USD, as I live in the USA.3. Payment should be given in full after I send a complete sketch, at minimum. Payment plans may be discussed for commissions over 100 USD.4. You are permitted to up to 2 minor changes within reason once a piece is finished. More changes will result in a charge.5. If a character is on the complex side, you may be subject to a complexity fee.6. Please be patient with me, as I am a college student. Give me around a month or two to complete your commission. If you want updates, please send me a reminder message every week. I also have a Trello queue of all my commissions if you would like to check my progress. Let me know if you want to pay a rush fee if you need your commission quicker. Discord (sylverinna) is the best way to get ahold of me.7. I reserve the right to reject a commission if I am uncomfortable with doing it, or feel that it is out of my skill range. By extension, I reserve the right to refund a commission as soon as I do not feel comfortable doing business anymore for any reason. This may happen at any time within the commission process.8. I reserve the right to blacklist you for any reason, banning you from commissioning me or owning any design I make. My blacklist can be viewed here.9. If I decide to discontinue doing business, I reserve the right NOT to explain myself to you and block you.10. If I lose contact with you for over 6 months, I will consider that commission abandoned. This means absolutely no signs of life online or replying to my messages. You will be removed from my trello and you will have to contact me if you want to commission me again. If you had paid for your initial commission, I will keep the money you’ve given me per my policy listed in 3.11. In regards to refunds, I will only be refunding you if I have not started on the commission yet. Unfortunately, if a refund is requested beyond the sketch/rough stage, I will not issue a refund.(last updated: 3/25/24)

DESIGN TOS

1. As soon as the design has been transferred to you in Toyhou.se, it's yours! You may do whatever you'd like as long as it's for your own personal usage (such as a fursuit, merch, etc), but if you are using my art specifically for merchandise, please contact me. Not really a hard rule, but I'd prefer you'd keep the character up on Toyhou.se and auth me to see them.2. Regardless of how you got the design, such as gifting or trading, you can do whatever you want with it. If you decide to ever sell a design, make sure you don't sell it for more than what the logs say it's worth (unless art has been added to up the character's value). I am not responsible for what happens to a design after it's out of my hands, and will not be held accountable for third-party management of my designs.2.5. However, if the inital design was created as a gift and never sold for money, you are not permitted to sell it for anything unless you add value to it by buying art or creating art for it.3.
